Returns and Refunds

If you are not totally satisfied with any product supplied by Jessy Collection please ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. We will offer you a full refund of the original purchase price. All product supplied must be returned to Jessy Collection with a e-mail describing the issue to jntibilaba@gmail.com 

• Returns must not exceed 14 days from date you received product to the time it was returned and received by Jessy Collection
• Shipping and brokerage cost will also be paid by customer returning the product to Jessy Collection
